The site has been published by the VERIPLAST MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING SERVICES Company (hereinafter referred to as the «Company»), a Limited Liability Company with capital of 37.060.517 euros, with its Head Office located at 35ter avenue André Morizet, Boulogne-Billancourt 92100, registered in the Nanterre  Trade Register under number: 454 000 308 (SIREN).

It is managed and administered by the Internet Site Manager as well as by the service providers selected by the company, who specialise in the field of Web site management and administration.

Copyright:
The Site belongs to the Company. Its presentation, and every one of the components it is comprised of, especially trademarks, logos and domain name « veriplast.com » belong to the Company and are protected by the laws in force, with the exception of third party trademarks that might be mentioned and for which the Company has the required user and reproduction rights.

Consequently, their being mentioned on the Site does not in any way grant a licence or any form of user rights to this said copyright to the User's benefit. Such copyright may therefore not be used with prior written consent from the owner of these rights, any other usage being a manifestation of counterfeit. For rights belonging to the Company, such authorisation can be requested from the Publishing Director.

Reproduction of data from the Internet site:
Only downloading, printing and copying for private use is authorised from the Site, and as long as the following terms are respected:

• only use such data for personal and private information and not for commercial benefit

• do not modify, deform or alter such data

• on all copies include the mention « copyright www.veriplast.com »

Any other usage that is not expressly authorised is forbidden without prior written consent from the publishing Director, and the Company reserves the right to take out legal proceedings in the event of prohibited use.

Personal data protection:
The e-mail address or any other personal data voluntarily included by the User in order to identify him/her self is the only personal data that might be gathered by means of the Site and processed by the Company (hereinafter "Personal data").

The entity responsible for processing Personal Data is the Company.

The User Personal Data is collected from the Site using a "mailto" link that enables Site Users to send e-mail to the Company or its employees.

This data is not conserved other than in order to reply to e-mails sent to the Company.

Any personal data other than e-mail addresses is optional and voluntarily provided by the User. The aforementioned data is retained throughout the period required for them to be collected and dealt with.

Jurisdiction:
This Site and its content are governed by French law. Any dispute pertaining to it will be subject to the exclusive governance of the French law courts.
